uni Flex SNB maintains product orientation flawlessly through curves, eliminating the need for deadplate-transfers and extra drives O-tabs at each edge retain belt properly throughout curves and straight self-lubricating acetal components and low contact area ensures smooth crate travel and low friction. The hinge design allows belt to spread out at the edges with only small openings, eliminating catch points typically found in traditional chain conveyors.
The uni L-SNB has also been used successfully in the Tomato industry. The uni L-SNB has an open easy-to-clean design. Due to its strength it can also withstand extreme conditions in different applications.
