The uni-MPB-PRR (pressure reducing rollers) in POM-D material is currently being used in the Tire industry for tire handling take away lines conveying finished tires and tire parts. Some advantages of using the uni-MPB-PRR belt for this application are:
- Rollers can be replaced individually lowering maintenance costs
- Rollers are made from high temperature nylon for demanding applications
- MPB has better sprocket engagement for higher transferrable load
- Pins are larger for added strength
- POM-D has excellent wear characteristics

The uni-QNB in POM-SLF (Super Low Friction) is currently being used in the Tire industry in the cutting line to convey extruded rubber. Some advantages of using the uni-QNB belt for this application are:
- POM-SLF for excellent wear characteristics and high resistance to heat
- Very strong 1” pitch belt for heavy-duty applications
- Symmetrical edges make assembly and disassembly easy
